I just have to pass on the advice Olivia has given her teammate Carrie, who finds herself in Wisdom, MT for the summer working at the Big Hole National Battlefield. Surrounded by gorgeous mountain peaks she is finding a way to get her workouts in; be it running along the road or with the chin-up bar she's borrowed from a fellow worker.
In a recent email Olivia has promised Carrie an "Alaskan style" care package from herself and teammate Corie (both in hometown Anchorage). She closes the email with the following: Also, don't get eaten. Remember, black bear, you run/fight. Brown bear, play dead. Cougar, well... I'm sorry.
Simple. Straightforward. Well put.
